On July 30TH, fifteen students from the Greater Detroit Area will join DNG Motors and our partners as we pilot our first automotive education program designed exclusively for high school students. Our tailored curriculum will be delivered in two phases. Industry Orientation (Phase One), will cover the different stages of the automotive lifecycle— from idea to restoration. Phase One will consist of thirteen sessions and will run from 7/30/2024 — 11/26/2024.
Each session of Industry Orientation will be hosted by a different industry professional with extensive experience related to that stage of the lifecycle. As part of Phase One, students will gain an understanding of the automotive lifecycle while being introduced to all the different career opportunities that exist within the automotive space. Phase II is where the real fun begins— stay tuned.
DNG Motors is currently seeking high school students from the Greater Detroit Area interested in joining our team. We have developed a fully immersive program that will provide the foundation for the engineers, designers, and executives of the next generation.
If you are not in the Detroit area, don’t worry. We are working to bring our program to you starting in 2025.
